Sports Paradise Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

In-Store Returns Items purchased online or in-store may be returned to any Sports Paradise location — no prior request needed, walk-ins welcome. Just bring your receipt or order confirmation.

Online Returns To return an item by mail, customers must contact us first to request a return authorization before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Customers must contact us first to request an exchange before shipping any items back. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, both for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Worn or used footwear
• Clearance/sale items marked final sale
• Socks and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong item, we will cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.
