Sports Paradise Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
In-Store Returns Items purchased online or in-store may be returned to any Sports Paradise location — free of charge. Just bring your receipt or order confirmation.
Online Returns To return an item by mail, contact us to initiate a return. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Exchanges are free — in-store or by mail.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Worn or used footwear
- Clearance/sale items marked final sale
- Socks and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you
