Sports Paradise Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — 1 business day (order by 12PM EST)
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.
In-Store Pickup Prefer to skip shipping? Select in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order at any Sports Paradise location at no charge.
Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
