The Pegasus 42 features a curved full-length Air Zoom unit shaped to follow the foot, delivering a propulsive sensation and Nike's highest energy return from heel through toe-off. Compared with previous Pegasus models that used separate Air Zoom units in the heel and forefoot, the updated full-length configuration creates a more continuous feel through each stride. An updated silhouette also increases toe spring, helping create smooth, forward-moving transitions.
